Started in 2003 by Jenny & Derek Crisp the franchise has offices in the coastal villages of Betty’s Bay and Pringle Bay from which we cover Arabella, Betty’s Bay, Kleinmond, Pringle Bay and Rooiels. We have the proud distinction of wining the Rawson Country Franchise “Champion Sales Team for the Year” sales award for three years running from 2005 to 2007.

Jenny, previously a Sales Manager for a large IT firm and Derek with a background in Consulting Engineering and Residential Home Design believe that service and professionalism is the essence of a successful office. On going training is provided by the RAWSON group to keep agents properly informed and up to date in all aspects of marketing real estate.
